It’s Monday, which means it’s back to Versus! Like last season, every Monday and Tuesday you can catch hockey on Versus, even if your team isn’t playing. This year they will also have a “Game of the Week” where you will only be able to see the game ONLY on Versus, this week’s GOTM is Philadelphia at Pittsburgh.
Versus will also be premiering their new puck-tracking system, it will digitally track the puck to allow followes to follow the play easier. Don’t panic, it’s only going to be used during “Hockey Central” during intermissions to help emphasize certain highlights.
This year, you will be able to catch 56 regular season games, and of course All-Star weekend will be on Versus this year as well. The first 2 games of the Stanley Cup fial also belong to versus. And if you have an HDTV, all broadcasts are available in HD as well.
