Final match up between the Stars and Flames

Tonight the Stars will host the Flames for the final time this season.  The previous 3 match ups were all 1-goal games, however Stars were able to edge out the Flames, being 2-0-1 so far in the series.  Stars have managed to score 7 goals in the previous 3 meetings, Flames able to get 6 goals.  I expect tonight to be another extremely close game.

Ten Flames players have managed to earn a point against the Stars so far, the most being from Alex Tanguay (1 goal, 2 assists) and Matthew Lombardi (3 goals), so look to them to make the impact tonight.

Stars are 9-1-0 in their last ten while the Flames are 5-5-0.  Both teams are coming off a win (Stars with their 1-0 win over Detroit and Flames with a 4-1 win over the Phoenix Coyotes.

With the way the Stars have been playing, I expect they’ll take the 2 points tonight.
